WPEC Personalize not showing User Custom Fields

  • I know this seems to be a common problem, but I have yet to find a solution that works.
    Our client, https://www.familynameorigins.co.uk/ requires the ability to allow customers to enter the name and a personalised message on the products page.
    We have managed to achieve this with the WPEC personalize plugin, which I know is not one of your plugins, but I believe that even if you cannot help, someone who has had this problem before may be able to.
    The fields show up fine on the single products page, but when you try to view them in store sales, there is nothing there, the entire user custom fields box has disappeared.
    Can anyone help or offer a solution?

    I have use WP-ecommerce plugin & WPEC Personalize plugin this plugins are working . but my client requriment is enter the name and a personalised message on the products page and see in checkout page.

    I have seen message in thank you page
    but not in checkout page

    so plz help me and provide me a shortcode or some thing any tips

    I have selected in my products personalised message box, which is there for customers to enter text when adding to cart, but I cannot find this information anywhere. It isn’t coming through in sales log or email or anything. Can someone please help.
