    I have been “trying” to get this plugin to work, for over 2 months, with no help whatsoever from the developer’s support team (etruel.com). They acknowledge that the plugin has problems, but they do nothing to fix it. Two days ago, I sent them over a dozen log files, to help them figure out what was going wrong. Their response was that I had to wait for an “update.” Previous responses, for the past two months, have been: “Update the plugin.” Except….the plugin WAS already updated, and still didn’t work properly! And, of course, they tried blaming the theme or the database for causing the “problems.”

    I “tried” using this plugin on two WordPress websites, that were using the same Theme. One site pulled the RSS feed correctly, using WPeMatico, but now when it does daily “updates,” the images are all missing, because the WPeMatico plugin isn’t working correctly.

    The second site I used WPeMatico on, I pulled 8 different RSS feeds, one at a time, and not even half of them worked. Each one came back with errors. One feed that had 100 items, pulled correctly, but then one feed that had only two items, brought the incorrect photos over, which didn’t match the listing.

    There isn’t just “one” mistake happening with this plugin, there are multiple problems, and there is no “rhyme or reason” why the plugin isn’t working like it is “supposed” to.

    The WPeMatico / Etruel support team has now “closed” my most recent support ticket, stating that: “If you are in a hurry consider hire(sic) somebody or pay for services.”

    I guess WPeMatico / Etruel thinks that I am being “impatient” for waiting over two months for them to resolve their problems with this plugin. Wow! I thought waiting over two months was me being REALLY patient with them!

    Look for an RSS feed plugin elsewhere. WPeMatico does NOT work, these developers/authors don’t know what they are doing, nor do they know how to fix the problems caused by their plugin, or stabilize their plugin.

    When a user begin with threats and is offensive to any member of our team, then also lose all rights for a serious response of our part.

    Wonderful! Now everyone can see direct “proof” of etruel’s terrible customer service.

    I didn’t threaten anyone. I have been asking etruel for help, with their poorly functioning WPeMatico plugin, for over two months, of which they didn’t provide any help whatsoever, except for excuses.

    I told them this week (after two months of this nonsense) that if they couldn’t provide me with a resolution, with getting their plugin to actually work, then I would be changing my review on www.ads-software.com, which is what I did today.

    Gotta love “businesses” who handle themselves so inappropriately.

    Stay away from etruel and WPeMatico. Save yourself the grief and waste of time that they AND their plugin are.
