Most likely, database optimization is disabled on your server.
Enable the plugin’s built-in optimization in the plugin’s general settings: https://prnt.sc/qjt98t1iPxZ7

mannualy optimized the database and used the plugin feature/option
result: wpf_meta_values size: 391.2 MiB
cant say i am happy with this
