WPFC not working on subdir Wp installation

Hi,
I’m trying to get working WPFC on a WP subdir installation (https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory). The plugin says that it’s working in admin interface, but:
- The plugin doesn’t write the .htaccess file (although it is 644)
- When I try to get a page, I always receive a 404 error.
- The plugin doesn’t create the /wp-content/cache/all/blablabla directory
I need help, thanks in advance
