WPFolio 1.75: Centering Images in Galleries

I am setting up my site with WPFolio 1.75 but i can’t seem to center any of my images in the galleries. They are all set to “center” as Alignment within the Gallery. I have tried setting them to “right” and changing the Template to Default (I prefer the way the thumbnails look with Full Width Page), but neither of these have worked. This is what it looks like:

I was also wondering how i could change the highlight color (of the box when you scroll over it, not of the text), which seems to be default across all wpfolio sites.
