Please have a look at the link and you’ll see that even with the CSS classes properly inputted, there appears to be an issue. This doesn’t affect Chrome or Edge from what I can tell, however does Firefox.

    Hi @thruscan,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I was unable to see the issue on your page using Firefox, and here is a screenshot.

Please check if you’re using Firefox latest version.

When you have time, could you please try your form again in an incognito window? Or clear your browser’s cache? This will help prevent your browser’s cache from affecting your test. For more information on how to clear your browser’s cache, you can check out this tutorial.

In case the issue continues for you, please provide me with more details on how to reproduce the issue.

    Thanks!

    Hi @thruscan,

Thank you for letting me know!

I was able to reproduce the issue. It seems that the problem occurs with certain resolutions. For your reference, I have recorded this screencast.

When you have a moment, please share your form with me. To do this, go to WPForms > Tools and click on the Export tab. In the Form Export section, select the form you would like to export, and it will download as a JSON file for you. Here is a screenshot of the setting.

Once I receive your form, I can conduct some additional tests to provide further information.

    Thank you!

    Hi @thruscan,

    Thanks for sharing the form!

Please know that I was unable to reproduce the issue using a default WordPress theme.

It looks like the issue happens if we use the Divi theme and Firefox 125.

However, it seems the issue relies on Firefox, since I could not reproduce it using the new Firefox 126 – screenshot.

Please update Firefox to version 126 and confirm if the issue is fixed in this version.

    Thanks!
