wpforms confirmation & Notifications menu not opening

I have 3 forms, 2 are working fine but the third isn’t letting me change notifications/confirmations.
I open form in backend – WPFORMS > CONSENT FORM > SETTINGS >
General is there and opens up but the other to dont seem to open>=?the form is this one https://deepimagetattooing.com.au/consent-form/
