WPForms contact form doesn’t work on mobile devices. When on a desk top the form submits perfectly, but when you try it on a mobile we get the error message ‘the form was unable to submit. Please contact the site administrator.’
Have contacted my site administrator, tried to disable JS files minifying and some other tricks, didn’t help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey @aleksandrakomu,

Thanks for contacting us and I apologize for the trouble!

I looked at the website, and it seems that the browser validation is taking over form field validation.

When we see a similar issue, it’s usually due to some caching plugin or due to plugin conflict. It’s possible that this is either causing or contributing to the issues that you’re seeing, so we need to start with this. I see you’re using the SG optimizer plugin, when you have some time, please follow the steps shared in our guide here and let me know how it goes!

    Kindly,

    Hey,

I had the same problem (different caching plugin, though).

The documentation worked like a charm – thanks!

    Kind regards,

    neverdowork.

    Kindly,

Hey @neverdowork – We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
