Ok, here goes. I’ve been working for the same company for almost 9 years. I’ve edited the contact us email on said site before. However, now the WPForms is expired… I try to renew it so I can edit the forms but NONE of the email addresses I’ve used before is even recognized by www.ads-software.com or .com I created this one to even be able to post at all. The site is hosted on Bluehost and we recently had a change of email addresses that I need to put on the website. How can I get access to the WPForms to renew the license if none of the email addresses work?

    Hi @fyrebaugh,

    Thanks for reaching out!

When you get a chance, could you please drop us a line through our contact page when you get the chance? From there, you can click on the Complete a Form button.

Then, ask for guidance on how you can get access to WPForms account without knowing the email address. Our support team will be able to help you with this.

You’re welcome to include a link to this post, if you’d prefer to do that.

I apologize that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in the www.ads-software.com support forums for the free version, and I really appreciate your help!

    Thanks!

    Hi @fyrebaugh,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!

When I try to go to the link provided it goes to the wordpress.com site, and my account on www.ads-software.com does not work. Can’t get to the page you sent. I replied to the email since I couldn’t get in. The only way I can see to get into a wordpress.com site is to pay for a license, which I’d rather renew instead of creating a new one. The web site developer apparently does not want to renew their license and it may be under one of their email addresses.

I can’t get through the paywall to get to any meaningful support. So what you are telling me is that unless I reactivate an account that our web developer is not going to renew, on their email address, I cannot get support for our companies site?

    Hi @fyrebaugh,

Please kindly note that I shared a link to https://wpforms.com/contact/. From there, you can click on the Complete a Form button, and ask our support team on how to access your WPForms account.

I’m sorry if someway that link redirected you to WordPress.com.

About this: “I can’t get through the paywall to get to any meaningful support.” I apologize, but I’m not sure if I understand this part. When you get a chance, could you please share a screenshot showing that paywall?

    Thanks!
