    I am attempting to create a campaign that shows in a popover modal. I put an already-created form from WP forms inside this modal. When I go to look at a preview of how the campaign will look on my site, there are form inputs that are showing with strange names that are not part of my form and are not shown in the WPForms editor. What is going on here?

    1. The email address on file for your OptinMonster account
    2. The full name?or ID of the campaign you’re inquiring about
    3. The URL of a page where this campaign is supposed to be working but isn’t

    Hey there Rahul, thank you for your response!

    The email on file is [email protected].

    The campaign is called the “Contact Us Campaign” but it is not published yet because of the issues we are facing.

    I have been looking at the preview on the site that it will be published on, which is soc2help.com.

    Are you able to tell me anything about why additional fields would be shown?
