Since latest updates of WPForms, LiteSpeed Cache and a handful of other plugins, I’m getting a ‘JavaScript issue’ reported in my form. Initially there was indeed an issue, and the Captcha wasn’t completing (reporting ‘Field required’!) but, after excluding google.com and gstatic.com in LSCache settings (from minification, combining and deferred), it now works fine, in that the form submission reports sent OK, and it reaches its destination… but the form is still reporting a problem in the front end.

I can’t see any significant JS errors in the browser dev console – since the form appears to work, should I be worried? What else is it checking, that might give a false positive?

Incidentally, I can’t just exclude the whole page from caching – the form appears on multiple pages on the site, including the home page, so that would destroy the caching altogether!

    Thanks.

  • Hello @wwwolf,

    Thanks for contacting us!

I tried submitting the form, and unfortunately, I’m unable to replicate the issue on my end. The form seems to be getting submitting fine. Here’s a screencast that you can take a look at.

When you have some time, can you please clear the browser cache and let me know how it goes?

    Thanks!
