    How to set-up email notifications for this plugin? I am not able to locate the notifications set-up option.

  • Are you referring to the email address the form is sent to? If so, go to the main forms page in the dashboard, click on Edit on the form you want to update. Once the window loads, click on Settings on the left hand side and then the Notifications tab.
