Great question! When WordPress encounters an error, an email is usually sent to the admin email assigned to the site. In case you don’t have access to this email address, could you please enable debugging on your site by following these steps and then check the debug.log file for the latest error reported when activating WPForms?

When you have a chance, could you please use the Create Topic button on https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/wpforms-lite/ to create your own topic? Then, share the details from WPForms > Tools > System Info (screenshot).

As noted in the WordPress Forum FAQ:

Unless users have the exact same version of WordPress on the same physical server hosted by the same hosts with the same plugins, theme, and configurations, then the odds are the solution for one user will actually not be the same for another. Also it means someone else will get alerts for your problems and debugging, when they don’t need it.
