Hey guys! I’ve set up a page to demonstrate the issue. Basically, whenever I insert a form in a page it stops loading any elements but the form. Or at least that’s what I can see on developer console. This happens whether I use a shortcake or the divi module on the front end builder.

I’ve tried reinstalling the plugin with no success. The only way to make the page work again is deleting the module/shortcode.

Any ideas or previous cases on this issue?

BTW, I’ve found a thread suggesting to follow a guide on troubleshooting wordpress errors, but I honestly don’t see how this could be a wordpress problem since everything works, even when inserting the module/shortcode the only page affected is the one I’m working on.

  • Hello @rodxavi9,

    Thanks for contacting us!

It seems that you might have removed the plugin from the website. When you get a chance, can you please reinstall the plugin again and embed the form on the page? That will help me to take a closer look.

In the meantime, pleasse try and increase the PHP memory limit on your server and see how it goes.

    Thanks!
