WPForms not displaying at all with my theme

My WP form on my home page is not displaying. I’ve worked on setting up WPform and WP Mail SMTP for hours. I tried to embed it and used the form shortcode, it’s still not displaying. I need help trying to understand how to fix this issue as I’ve invested too much time on this already. If an expert can go into my website and help me fix this, I would really appreciate it.
