WPForms Sending Multiple Entries

    I have a very basic form with WPForms free version. Every form submission/entry submits 4 forms to the email it’s set to send to. This in turn creates 4 support tickets and is becoming an issue for business.

    I am using the servers smtp functionality as well.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    This is an unexpected behavior. The form should only send one notification for each email address listed in the Send To Email Address field.

    To help us understand what’s happening, could you please share the URL to access your form?

    Additionally, please export your form, and share the JSON file with us using a link from a service like Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer, for example. In case it’s helpful, we also have a tutorial for this here.

    Having both of these may help us better understand the issue you’re experiencing.
