WPForms works for me, but not for others most of the time.

  • I get about half of my visitors saying that the form does not work. It works fine for me but others aren’t so lucky. I am hoping you can assist in figuring the issue out. They are being told to contact the site administrator. Thanks!

    Nevermind … I am done with WPForms … nothing but problems. I will take the refund.

    It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?

    From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
