    Hello,

Thanks for this great plugin, I had been using for a while and is just great (We are moving our forum to WPforo in order to use your plugin’s integration)

We just had creat a recipe that ones executed cahnge user to a diferent usergroup.

The recipe shows as executed in the register(also tigger and action), but user still in the former usergroup (I just add another sending email action to test it, and it do send the email).

    any idea?

    Hi Oriol,

We just tested that action on our development site but didn’t run into the same issue; the user was added to the group by the recipe, as expected.

Can you try disabling any caching plugins or host-level caching functionality and see if that resolves the issue? It’s possible a cache is storing outdated group information after the recipe executes.

If that doesn’t work, if you have a staging site (or if your website isn’t live yet), can you try checking for a plugin conflict by deactivating all plugins except Uncanny Automator and wpForo? You can change the trigger to “A user views a page” to simplify things even further.

I will test in ths stagging site to see which plugin is afecting it.
