wpg2: images broken on reload

  • Hi, I completed the Gallery2 integration into WP with wpg2 and it all looks good except when i browse my gallery, whenever i reload the page (F5 in my browser…) the images appear as broken.

    I am using all the latest versions.

    Does anybody know why this is happenening?

  • Are you using URL rewrite in G2? Is it setup correctly?
    You’ll have better luck asking in the WPG2 forum.

    itsanogo: Were you able to find a solution? I’m having the same problem.

    I figured it out. I upgraded this morning and could not add images. All image icons appeared a broken. I fiddled and read and messed around and think I have a solution!

    Go to Settings–>Miscellaneous

    In first line, Store Uploads in the Folder, Enter wp-content/uploads

    Make sure your uploads file is CHMOD to 777

    And there you go!

    For some reason, after the upgrade, my STore Uploads in the Folder line was full of dots and backslashes.
