    Hello,

    Backup is not progressing and stops at 13% as shown below:

    Uploaded:N/A
    Speed:N/A
    Network Connection:N/A

    In our experience, a backup stuck/timeout issue is usually caused by a low PHP time limit on your server.

    It is recommended that you first adjust WPvivid settings as suggested in this?doc?to increase the backup success rate.

    Please note that depending on the site size and server resources, the backup process can take some time.

    I checked your log and it seems that the error is due to Task, not wpgb_postmeta:

    • Backup the file ends with an error Task timed out.

    Setttings should not be the problem as I have same settings on other subdomain which works fine.

    Hello,

    The backup task encountered an timeout issue during the export of postmeta table due to insufficient web server resources. The backup task experienced a timeout, indicating potential limits on your server. We recommend contacting your web host to verify that PHP scripts can run for extended periods, suach as 300 seconds or 600 seconds, without interruption.

    Next, configure the WPvivid settings by setting the ‘Database Access Method’ to PDO and specifying ‘Split a SQL file every this size’ as 100 MB.
