WPGlobus is not working at Ultimate Member form

If your theme uses the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin then to translate pages, you need to install this free add-on:

Although my theme is not using WPBakery Visual Composer plugin nevertheless I installed
WPBakery Visual Composer plugin, but the result is same. The translation is not working in the form.

As for any contact form plugins.
Easy way is to create different forms for every language.

When I switch language does it automatically show based on switching?

If you mean contact form then WPGlobus doesn’t translate automatically text in it.
