    Actually, you may need to disconnect and reconnect Jetpack to WordPress.com. Let me know if you have trouble doing that. Thanks!

    I had disconnected and reconnected jetpack about 10 times before, but it didnt work,

    Can you let me know the reason for the same.

    Also suppose I need jetpack, but want to keep shortlinks deactivated in future, is this possible?

    Sorry, there was an error in the information we had related to your site on our end, hence the problem with redirecting the posts, but it’s fixed now.

    Yes, you can deactivate the shortlinks module and use the rest of Jetpack, and you shouldn’t have any problems.
