The String-based translation support is only added with the MetForm plugin. Advance Translation support like WPML is not been added yet in the MetForm plugin.
Since the Feature is currently not available in the MetForm plugin, please add this as a feature request. We are continuously working on improving our plugin by adding more new features according to the needs of our valuable users. The link to our Feature Request portal is available in the USEFUL LINKS section of the MetForm plugin.
