    Hi,

    Thanks for the previous help however, there is one issue which is returning. The colours will not save in all the languages. I use WPML as a multilingual plugin. I have tried to save the colours of each language separately on even separate systems. However, if they are saved in one language they seem to disappear in the language which was saved previously.

    Is there a way around this?

    Hello Sammies,

    Thank you for bringing this WPML compatibility issue to our attention! It might spring from the fact that WPML creates internal duplicates for each taxonomy term (in this case colour), and the special filter element styling doesn’t get caught by such WPML-created elements.

    We are aiming at providing our filters with the basic WPML support, so this issue will get prioritised, and we’ll hopefully manage to come up with a fix in the next plugin release that should go out in a couple of weeks.

    If you wish to test the solution before it’s officially implemented, please drop us a line through our contact form, and we will send you instructions on inserting extra code into existing plugin files as soon as this code is written.

    For some reason I get delivery error when trying to reply to you (code 550, valid recipient required), could you please check your mail client, or send us a different email address at which we can contact you?

    I have tried re-sending the reply numerous times, from different clients and accounts, but each time get the “valid recipient required” error. Given that other people seem to get our emails without problems, perhaps it’s some kind of Hotmail glitch? If you like I can attempt to re-send the message tomorrow.

    PS Btw, in case you are wondering, strangely enough we do get your messages without any issues!
