WPML and Events Calendar incompatible?

  • Im finding there’s a problem when creating events with the event calendar plugin. I’m able to translate my event posts just fine using WPML. However, when I go to the event calendar within a given language, I see all events that I’ve created for all the different languages. This means that if I’m in the english version and I look at May 20th I will see the english versions of events as well as all other language versions listed there.

    I think the problem is that although I’m able to translate the posts, Events Calendar creates its own category called “events” which I’m not able to create a translation for.

    Anybody face this problem before? I could really use the help.

  • Which Event Calendar plugin are you referring to? There are lots in WP repository ?? You could also contact plugin author regarding this matter.

    I’m referring to the plugin called “the event calendar”.

    Any ideas?
