WPML and Rating Results List widget (by language)

Does the Pro version support this?

I just retested locally. I create a post in English and Chinese and added ratings to both. The [mr_rating_results_list] behaves as I would expect, adding both post ratings together to show an overall result. Do you have a default language set? It works by pulling all of the entries together by getting the default language of each post.

I’m using the “Ratings Result List” widget (https://pasteboard.co/aAywFCRC8.png). English is set as WPML default (https://pasteboard.co/aAzjXQ4iY.png). Languages are per directory.

You can see the problem yourself here; https://help.animana.com/ – the widget is at the bottom left of the homepage (“Highest Rated Articles”).

Widget works for me… I noticed there’s an additional setting in the widget for additional classes. Have you modified the plugin files? Try clearing your ratings cache in the plugin Tools.

Thanks, I have just sent you login details via your support page. I tried clearing the cache with no luck. Plugin files are not changed – the only thing I have done is modified the CSS a little.

One thought… I have set Multi-rating to only appear for a custom post type – perhaps that is the problem?
