• From time to time I receive a message similar to the following from the NinjaFirewall:

    NinjaFirewall has blocked an attempt to edit/create a post by a user who doesn't have the right capabilities:

    Action: Attempt to edit a published page (ID: 345)

    This protection (and notification) can be turned off from NinjaFirewall "Firewall Policies" page.

    Seems to be caused by WPMLs Advanced Translation Editor (ATE).

    Any ideas how to avoid those requests from being blocked?

    You would need to disable that policy: Firewall Policies > Block attempts to publish, edit or delete a published post by users who do not have the right capabilities.
