WPML compatibility

    Although Smart Related appears normally in the first language, it does not appear at all in the second language.

    Hi @onnetgr ,

    Since Smart Related products are created with rules, they cannot be translated and linked to the smart related products automatically through WPML.

    You can kindly check your products again and make sure:

    • The translated version is connected to the original product.
    • Open the translated product page and add the translated related products to add to the translated main product again. This is repeating the steps when you first create the original Smart Related products.

    This is to make sure the translated products are related again. It’s quite inconvenient and requires some manual work. It’s a shortcoming in our plugin that our developers are incapable of solving by far since the smart rules are fixed but the translations by WPML are dynamic.
