WPML compatibility

I’m using WPML to translate a bilingual site (English and French) and the plugin only seems to work for the English (primary) language. Is there a way to configure the plugin to work for the secondary language as well?

I’ve setup a condition to offer Free shipping for a specific Category, perhaps the French category string needs to be manually added to the condition?
