    Hello there.
I am using your plugin and trying to add one event in two different languages.

It is kind of working but I have an issue. In language’s A calendar the event is displayed in language A correctly, in language’s B calendar the event is displayed in language B correctly BUT once I RSVP to an event from language A, the available “seats” in language B are not reduced as they are in language A.

So if I have 10 seats available when creating the event, there are actually 20 seats, 10 in language A and 10 in language B.

    Any help?

    Thank you!

I have not tested with WPML. Does it somehow create separate parallel posts? Tracking of RSVPs is by post ID

What it is supposed to do is just change the content of the post to another language. So I guess it is one post.
I don’t know anything else. I understand that I am not helping.
If you happen to be in a situation that you can test it it’d be a good update, otherwise maybe it’s not a common issue and you don’t have to waste time on it!

Anyway, thank you for the plugin in general and your reply!

Apparently, each translated version of the post has its own ID, and that is causing RSVPs to be tracked separately. There is a way of looking up the original ID in WPML, but integrating that would be a custom development project related to the one specific plugin. I could do it for hire, if you have a budget for this project.

What I might be willing to build into the core plugin is a filter function for the ID to be used for RSVP tracking, which would be half the solution if you have the skills to code the rest. There might be other scenarios where that would be a useful API.

    Again thanks for the reply!

Currently we are not in a position to hire someone so we’re going to work around it or find alternative solutions.

I thank you for the time!
