• Somehow when I am using WPML, to translate into another language the feature image won’t clone over and I couldn’t set it myself since it doesn’t clone over. Just gives an x when I’m viewing products using woocommerce.

Also, I realized using WPML it somehow duplicates LOTS of the image files. After installing WPML suddenly my image gallery was initially 3 images only and went up to 4000 images. It’s duplicates of two of the three images. Also it’s not duplicating properly, image can’t be seen but when I go to media I can see LOTS files with the same name but can’t be seen.

Anyone know how this can be solved?

You’ll need to update your WPML Media plugin. They fixed that particular issue a few months ago.

but I don’t see any update mark for my WPML Media plugin though. Am I missing something?

Possibly, yes. I know they fixed this problem months ago. As this is a commercial plugin, you’ll need to get in touch with them.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
