I’d like to show translated products in secondary languages (using WPML), but they don’t show up in the translated version both if the WPML option in the plugin settings is selected or not selected . What should I do to make this work? Thanks

    Hi @boxwebdesign,

    Thanks for reaching out.

We have checked the scenario on our end and couldn’t replicate the issue on our end. Kindly make sure that the related products section displayed on the site is from our plugin. If you are seeing the theme default template, you can enable the “Override theme’s template” option located on the plugin settings to activate our related products by our plugin.

    Hi @boxwebdesign,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
