WPML Integration Issue with Tutor LMS “All Courses” Page

Extremely let down by TutorLMS, not so much for the WPML issue, but for the total lack of support. Sent 2 emails seeking urgent help for a Pro user like me and got zero replies in over 2 days. It’s understandable that plugins might have issues, but the silence from TutorLMS support is inexcusable.

For a paid service, expecting a response within a day is reasonable. Their non-responsive support makes this the worst LMS plugin experience I’ve had. Paid users deserve better. If you value timely support, TutorLMS might not be for you.

Debugging Steps for WPML Integration Issue on my Tutor LMS “All Courses” Page

1. Initial Observation:
   • Navigate to the “All Courses” page of TutorLMS at my site : https://skill4mation.com/find-your-course/
   • Expected Outcome: The page should display 3 test courses.
   • Actual Outcome: Only one element is visible in the list, which erroneously represents the page itself, adopting the title “Find Your Course” – the actual title of the ‘All Courses’ page.
2. Issue Details Before and After WPML Activation:
   • Before WPML Activation: The page was functioning correctly, displaying all courses as intended.
   • After WPML Activation: The described issue emerged, indicating a potential conflict or misconfiguration between WPML and Tutor LMS.
3. Interaction with Filtering Elements:
   • Action: Select any filtering option on the left panel of the ‘All Courses’ page.
   • Result: The incorrect listing (the page representing itself) disappears, and the correct courses are then displayed. This behavior suggests that the issue might be linked to how WPML interacts with Tutor LMS’s course listing or filtering functionalities.
4. Secondary Bug – Language Redirection Issue:
   • Action: Switching the website language to French.
   • Expected Redirect: The French version of the ‘All Courses’ page should load, ideally at https://skill4mation.com/fr/tous-les-cours/.
   • Actual Redirect: The browser redirects to an incorrect archive page with an unrelated URL pattern (https://skill4mation.com/fr/?s). This URL does not correspond to the expected structure for the French version of the courses page, indicating a possible issue with WPML’s language redirection or URL translation settings.
