    Hello,
I have WPML installed and I have translated all the labels in the advanced settings, in this way:

    it:BRAND+MODEL+PRODUCT GROUP^MARCA+MODELLO+PRODOTTO
    de:BRAND+MODEL+PRODUCT GROUP^MARKE+MODELL+PRODUKTGRUPPE

    (main language is English).

I have setup the plugin with hierarchy dropdowns, but when I select something in the first one in a language different than English, the filter reloads and shows all the labels in English. Then I can do a search.
Is there anything I can do to fix this bug?

    Thank you!
    Daniela

    Hello pavloborysenko,
    thank you for your reply.
The cache is already disabled, you can check the error here: https://www.bbt-benatti.it/ .
This is the Italian version of the website, so you can test the issue (if you are redirected to the .com domain, you can find the language switcher on the top right. Please select Italiano to see the issue).
To see the filter, hover with the mouse on “Prodotti” menu item and click on the button “RICERCA VELOCE”. Then select something from “MARCA” dropdown and you’ll see that the filter resets to English. Then, if you select something from “BRAND” dropwdown, you’ll see the first sub-category dropdown. If you select something from there, a third sub-category dropdown will appear.
The 2 dropdowns below the first 3 are product attributes, not categories.

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello Daniela

    Hi pavloborysenko,
unfortunately we can’t do that. The website is live and we have many visitors.
Is there anything else we can do to solve the issue?

    Thank you very much!

    Hello Daniela

In this case – make clone of the site for testing by this plug-in https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/duplicator/ and try this settings

    Hi pavloborysenko,
I tried to deactivate all of the plugins (then reactivated them one by one), to see if WPML was the issue, but the filter keeps doing that even when WPML is not activated.
This happened after the upgrade to WooCommerce 3.x . Could that be the issue?
Regarding duplicating the website and use those settings, it doesn’t make sense for us. We won’t never use that configuration for WPML, so, even if it works, we won’t be able to modify the production website to work like that.
If it could be useful to understand the cause of the issue for you, we will be glad to send you a copy of our environment, in order to let you test it.

Please let us know in case where we can send it.

    Thank you,
    Daniela

    Hello Daniela

I just realized that you are using a paid version of the plugin. So, please, write to support ( use contact form ) – https://codecanyon.net/item/woof-woocommerce-products-filter/11498469/support
