• Hello,

When we use the Mailerlite Woocommerce official plugin to add Mailerlite checkbox at the checkout. How can we add segmentation by languages ? We have French and Dutch customers on our website and we would like to be able to filter French and Dutch customers. All our customers are mixed in the same list…

    Thank you.

    Regards.

    Hi Ludoviccharlier,

You can either create segments by using the country field [Video-tutorial]

Or, you can trigger an Automation upon any purchase, in an email, you can ask subscribers to choose/confirm their language and use a combination of Condition + Action steps to segment them.

It would be best for you to get in touch with support and re: the last option, as it takes a couple of steps. You can email support at [email protected]

Hope this helps you out! ??

    Hello,

here is an example of the information taken by your plugin : https://snipboard.io/rFf6SY.jpg
We do not see the language of the client after an order. We see order information from woocommerce (how much they spend, order ID, etc…), but not the language.

We speak 3 languages in Belgium, it’s for the same country ??

Any solution ? Many countries in Europe have several languages in the same country.
