    Hi!

We were using v7.3.0 and the latest WPML and everything worked great with our composite product (we only have one).

But after updating from to v7.3.4 we noticed that the components are no longer displayed on secondary languages, no matter what theme we use. Components display correctly for the default language.

Could you please help us fix this issue? Thank you!

    Hi @egletiere ,

Thanks for contacting us here. Our plugin is compatible with WPML. However, there are some manual works users need to do for the composites to be ready in different languages:

    • Make sure the translated version of products in the target language connect to its original product on the single product page.
    • Edit the Composite product page, re-add the translated version of subproducts to the translated version of the main composite again as if they are creating smart composites in the source language.

This is because WPML and our plugin can’t determine which translated products are part of which translated bundle automatically, so users need to re-create the translated bundle with translated subproducts again.

Or after the latest update, the connection between the original composite and the translated composite/subproducts has been lost so it caused that issue. Please double check to be sure.

    Best regards.

    Hi!

All the connections are there and are correct because when rolling back to 7.3.0 everything is displayed correctly. The issue is with the 7.3.4 version.

    Hi @egletiere ,

It’s strange. May I ask which version of WooCommerce are you using on your site?

I checked with our developers. They confirmed that, from version 7.3.0 to 7.3.4, they only added some elements to make it work with the new version of WooCommerce and some filters for prices. No major changes were made except some minor CSS changes.

If possible, please provide us with some public links to your published smart composite to check from our end?

    Best regards.

    Hello!

We downgraded to v7.3.0 and so that the issue is not visible,

Here is the link to primary language product: https://shorturl.at/Gqscx

Here is the link to translated product: https://shorturl.at/M2Uca

    Hi @egletiere ,

I checked your link but it seems that your site was blocking my country IP: https://prnt.sc/LFYlux_DVI80.

I have consulted with our developers about your case and they said there would be no possible factor affecting the display of translated products in the latest version.

Please wait for the next update and check back if that solves your issue. For now, please use version 7.3.0 for your site as a workaround.

    Best regards.

I’ve just updated to v7.3.6 and the issue is still valid: components are not displayed on secondary languages (Components display correctly for the default language)

I’ve had to rollback to v7.3.0
