WPML support?

Hello, I’m waiting for an answer for more than a month submitting support tickets.
I hope you can help me here, I payed 60$ only because I needed the WPML support function and I can′t find the way to activate it.
Can you give me some instructions? See my config? Give me some answer?
A manual? A FAQ? I can’t find ANY info about WPML support and Firestorm. And still waiting your answer. Thanks.
