    Hi sir …we test to translate Free plugin with 3 languages …found Issue when translate by WPML supportcandy Short code if translate in arabic ..Support candy form ,support page ..etc translate only in one language (arabic )…mean if translate to arabic all language translate to Arabic only …also ..found another issue when Customers Create Ticket not send Confirm to Customers E-mail….
