• I was a pro customer and my experience has been terrible. It started out fine but then most of your plugins are full of bugs and released without any testing. We customers end up testing. Support is polite, and opens tickets, but none of those tickets get fixed. I was on monthly subscription and then signed up for the black Friday annual promo which was to kick off after the monthly subscription ended. But after all the issues, I paused the subscription and now am thinking of cancelling it all together. I logged in but cannot see any tickets. No replies to any resolution. For charging 49 bucks a month (quite expense) at least have plugins that work? The only plugin that works is Snapshot. all others are buggy and cause conflicts. Branda is useless. I also use white label plugin which is so much better. To get Branda to work, I had to install customm CSS JS and find the code and over write it. Really? I am not a programmer but seem to know more than the offshore guys you have in your dev team. Very disappointed. So may hours wasted debugging your product.

    I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t have a good experience during your membership, however, this is not really related to Custom Sidebars plugin, especially since we don’t have a Pro version of it anymore on our site and the plugin is only available here.

    Each plugin update goes through a QA tests before it’s released but unfortunately, some things can sometimes slip through from time to time, and some conflicts are impossible to catch considering all the plugins, themes and different hosting setups out there but we do our best to act on reports that come our way.

    You can access all of your existing tickets by clicking on your avatar in top right corner and going to Profile page, I can see that one of the reported Branda issues were already fixed and released with version 3.3
