• Hi,

I’m wondering if someone could please help me.

    I can’t log in to my site’s dashboard. https://tomhallphotography.com.au/wp-admin
I contacted my website server and they’ve replied with this message:

“From the error log it appears to be related to a plugin you have called WPMU
    DEV DASHBOARD.
[06-Sep-2016 05:24:01 UTC] [WPMUDEV Dashboard Error] HTTP Error: 599
You best bet would be to temporarily change the name of the plugins folder”

I have no idea how phpMyAdmin works so wouldn’t know the first thing about finding, let alone changing the name of the plugins folder. Can someone please help me? Thank you!

    I would be greatly appreciative.

    Regards
    Tom Hall

  • You don’t want phpMyAdmin here, you are looking for FTP.

If you manage your domain with cPanel (many popular hosts use this, if you are with WebCity it looks like the offer it) you can also use the File Manager to rename the WPMU dashboard plugin folder.

    https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/ALD/File+Manager

Once you’re in the File Manager, click through these folders: /public_html/wp-content/plugins/

You should see a WPMU dashboard plugin folder. Rename it by adding -conflict to the end of the name. This should let you regain access to the WordPress site.
