  • Hello @designcat !

Thank you for providing your rating, I just wanted to clarify something, you referred to us as a ‘scam’ would you please elaborate further as to what issue(s) you were facing, perhaps it’s something we can assist with.

I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

Don’t make the same mistake that I did when I trusted their offer of FREE TRIAL. I subscribed to a 2-week free trial so I could install one of their plugins. They said that if they canceled my subscription before the end of the 14-day trial, I won’t be charged and I could continue to use their plugin. I canceled my subscription a day before the end of my trial period, but they charged me $49.99 each month for 2 months after that, without my permission and without any notifications. They did not even send me a receipt until the second month. When I received a receipt on the second month, I quickly raised the issue with them. Initially, they offered to refund me one $49.99 but I told them I want two months of refund because the amount was deduced from my personal debit card. I said, my company will pay for a one year membership using the company credit card instead. After more than a week of correspondence, they decided not to refund me a single cent. BEWARE, wpmudev.org is a scam.

Hi again @wongfeihung666, just want to follow up here and mention that I already replied on your original review here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/wpmudev-org-is-a-scam/#post-8365618
