wpoffload media missing images

Hello,

Hoping someone with WP offload media experience can help.

I just moved a website from a subfolder to the domain root at a new hosting service. The site uses WP Offload Media to serve some of its images. After moving, all the remote images are broken. I presume there is a setting that coordinates the AWS image address with the WordPress image address. Does anyone know where to find this setting?
