Wordpress Popular posts plugin seems to be conflicting with Thrive Themes’ Theme Builder (shapeshift theme).

When I deactivated the plugin, the issue was resolved.

It seems that Akismet anti-spam is also conflicting with my theme.

Thus, the problem is both WPP and Akismet conflicting with Thrive Theme Builder.

Potentially, the problem is on the side of Thrive Themes?

    Hi @nield,

You forgot to mention what the problem is haha. What exactly is the issue?

I tested it now another time, to make completely sure. So I activated WPP plugin again.

There’s a large open space appearing below the footer, whenever I activate either Akismet, or the WPP Plugin. There is also large extra white space, to the right of the blog, next to the side-bar widget.

When I de-activate WPP plugin, the problem disappears again, and the blog looks normal, once more.

You’ll need to keep the plugin active so I can see the issue though, otherwise I won’t know what’s going on ??

That aside, your website seems to be kind of broken at the moment (at least on Google Chrome and Firefox). There’s a huge blank space at the right, check the screenshot below.

Looks like there are some other issues on your site at the moment. Might want to get these resolved first (see Troubleshooting WordPress Errors by WPBeginner), then try using WPP again and see if you can reproduce that spacing problem you mentioned.

Yes, it seems the site is rendering differently on different devices. On my side it was working, but not on your side. It’ll take a while to fully troubleshoot everything, through that tutorial.

Thanks for the help anyway. I’ll make sure the site is functioning 100% on all devices, before commenting here again, because it may be something different causing the problem, than what I suspected.

    Thanks for the help.
There was a conflict between Thrive themes and the Popular post plugin.
But now everything is working good.
