WPPA (PhotoAlbum Plus) links no longer working vs 4.8.11

  • When I have inserted links to external sites, they no longer work. All they show is the actual hyperlink command text rather than a real hyperlink.

    In release notes, there is a message to press CTRL+F5 to see if the latest javascript file wppa-admin-scripts.js is loaded but CTRL+F5 just gives me an OPEN dialog.

    Anyone know how to resolve this?
