I’m trying to use your migration feature but when the file is ready to download (big green download button zooming in and out) I click the button and it opens a browser page with a load of random text on screen. I’m guessing that this is the actual .wpress file that chrome is trying to display? But no ‘save’ dialogue box appears.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

I am sorry for the inconvenience.
The reason that you are unable to download the .wpress file directly from the download button is that your server does not support the .wpress file type.

You can download the .wpress backup file that the plugin has created using FTP (e.g. Filezilla) or cPanel from wp-content/ai1wm-backups.
To enable .wpress file type on your web server you can add the .wpress file type to the server configuration (mime type application/octet-stream).

    Best,

I don’t get what that means. Can you provide a step by step on how to enable .wpress file type?
