    Hi,

    I just encountered this.

    I tried to disable all the plugins except from woocommerce and your plugin. I even switched in using the default Twenty Twenty-one wordpress theme.

    The error still persists.

    If the sandbox is enabled, it is working but for the live payment it is giving that kind of error. Do you think the Live API username field is also needed for this to work?

    Please check if you are using the live credentials and disabled the sandbox mode in the payment gateway setting

    If that doesn’t work then please connect to our expert’s team we will check and try to resolve it for your site
