WPSC & Cloudflare Free

Hey, I’ve been using WPSC for years no problem. Recently trying out Cloudflare free through DH and am confused if I am supposed to activate the CDN section of WPSC as I can’t understand what the offsite URL would be. Is Cloudflare just a caching app and not a CDN? How can I figure out what my offsite URL would be?
