wpseo_title filter not working any more after the latest update

I was using a custom wp template page to dynamically display Jobs from Greenhouse API. While sharing these jobs with URL params (in Linkedin, Facebook), the meta og:title was modified using the wpseo_title filter to show the desired meta title. This was working until the plugin v12.7.1. However, after updating to the latest version ie: v14.0.4, the filter is no longer working.

Can you please help me figure out a solution for modifying the social meta og tags (ie og:title and og:description) only for the one template page in the latest version of Yoast plugin.

Any help will be much appreciated.
