WPsmartpay not working

  • We just signed up for wpsmartpay and went through all of the steps to create the payment page, but we are not able to get it to work. Not sure how to proceed. It seems the wpsmartpay account is not linking correctly to our wordpress site and the product we created using wpsmartpay.
