WPSSO Core is limited in functionality

I would tend to disagree, as you can choose any Schema type and customize the details of several different types, like Article, HowTo, Recipe, etc., but most of the time, customizing the Schema markup is not necessary – WPSSO gets information about the content from WordPress and any known plugins. For some Schema types, where a plugin to manage its data is not available (for example, Schema Product markup when an e-commerce plugin is not used), then some of the more advanced customization features may require the Premium edition. If you believe a feature is missing from the Standard or Premium editions, then a question or comment can be posted in the support forum, or a ticket opened on the Premium support site. We believe that all commonly used features should be included in the Standard edition available on www.ads-software.com.

While the typical Schema types are available in your mod, Organization Information markup is a premium feature. I was too harsh in my rating, but not by much, as Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP still appears to offer more than WPSSO Core in terms of types and markup, as well as OG types.

Only six Open Graph Types are available: Article (default), Book, Place, Product, Profile, and Website. Many other Open Graph Types are missing from WPSSO Core, but specifically missing are relating to business and company.

While the standard site Organization markup is provided by the WPSSO options in the SSO > General Settings page, some users may need to provide different organization details to WPSSO for publishers, event organizers, hiring organizations, etc., in which case these users would activate the WPSSO Organization and Place Manager add-on to create and manage these additional organizations and places. This add-on is listed under the SSO > Plugin Add-ons page, but can also be found using a Google search that includes “WPSSO” and “Organization”.
